Biography
Broad range of experience preparing both appraisal and consulting reports for various public institutions including the Ministry of Transportation, the Ministry of Natural Resources, Public Works and Government Services of Canada, Hydro One Networks and various Municipal Governments and financial institutions across Ontario. Fields of appraisal expertise include agricultural, industrial and commercial properties and multi-family residential properties of all types throughout the province of Ontario. Our reports are utilised to assist in expropriation, financing, benchmark appraisals and bankruptcy/restructuring purposes, disposition of surplus properties and buildings, matrimonial cases and capital gains valuations. as well as new construction project of all types. My geographical area of service includes South-Western, South-Central and Eastern Ontario as well as the near north.
