Biography
Kim has been an active Realtor with the London St Thomas Association of Realtors since 2015. She joined Metrix in September of 2024. Kim has been a Candidate Member with Appraisal Institute of Canada since 2022 working under the mentorship of senior appraisers assisting residential and commercial clients. Kim is working towards her AACI accreditation through the University of British Columbia, Sauder School of Business.
