JEFF PETRUZELLA

Vice President of Residential Operations at Metrix Southwest Inc.

Jeff graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Honors Degree with major emphasis in Urban Geography and a minor in Sociology from the University of Western Ontario in 1999. Upon graduation Jeff was hired by Simmons Group and was groomed to take over primary responsibility of the residential appraisal division.

Jeff has appraised a wide range of both residential and commercial properties, since 1999, for purposes ranging from mortgage financing, marital settlement, asset valuation, insurance claims, and tax purposes. Jeff continues to head our residential division.

Within the London community, Jeff coaches youth hockey for the London Junior Knights organization as well as baseball for the London Tincaps. Personally, Jeff enjoys time spent with his wife and two boys and getting out playing pick-up hockey a few times a week.
