John graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce with major in finance from the University of Windsor Ontario in 2000. After 2 years with the Bank of Montreal and 5 years working as an Arborist, John began his career with Metrix in 2007 simultaneous pursing a Post Graduate Valuation Certificate from the University of British Columbia. John received his AACI designation in October of 2010.

John has appraised a wide range of residential, industrial and commercial properties across Southwestern Ontario as well as completing 400+ expropriation, power of sale and foreclosure appraisals. In addition to being an accredited member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada, John along with his wife have successfully contracted the build of their 2 storey home, which is filled with the joy of their 3 children.
