Fraser graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering Degree from the University of Guelph focusing on land & water management in rural and urban areas.
He is in the final stages of obtaining his Canadian Residential Appraiser (CRA) accreditation with the Appraisal Institute of Canada, with his final written exam and competency interview scheduled for late 2024.
Fraser’s field of appraisal expertise includes residential, agricultural, industrial and commercial properties across Southwestern Ontario. He specializes in providing time sensitive appraisals for mortgage financing, estate planning, divorce/separation and asset valuation.
